This article further reinforces my experience with Kapil. Mr. Sibal was an honored guest of the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Partnership Foundation (C2PF.org) in 2006 when President Jimmy Carter presented the first International Carter Award for Campus Community Partnership to three universities in India. I personally requested Mr. Sibal to join us and I was struck with his positive, direct and a quick response. His support for working in partnerships with others was also evident from his accepting our invitation to come to an international event celebrating colleges and communities working together to make a difference to the lives of others. His progressive approach is exactly what India needs today to take education forward.
